Benjamin "Ben" Keller passed away September 4, 2018 at the age of 90.
He spent 46 years in Clark County as a member of St. Joseph The Worker Catholic church in Yacolt, WA.
Ben was a fourth degree in the Knights of Columbus. He enjoyed gardening, yard work and spending time with his family.
Ben was preceded in death by his parents Bernhardt and Margaret Keller, his daughter Bernadette and his four brothers and eight sisters.
He is survived by his loving wife of 61 years, Shirley Ann Keller (Schnaible) of Yacolt, WA, his son, Jonathan D. Keller (Marcia) of Peoria, AZ and his daughter Mary J. Schabo (Mike) of Yacolt, WA, as well as his sisters, Barbara Paitz of Fargo, ND, Isabelle Beckler of Seneca, SD and Cecelia Lambrecht of Mandan, ND. He also leaves behind his nine grandchildren, seventeen great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandson.
There will be a viewing on Wednesday, September 12, 2018 from 6:30 to 8:30 at Laynes Funeral Home in Battle Ground, WA. His service will be held on Thursday, September 13, 2018 at St. Joseph The Worker Catholic Church in Yacolt, WA. Rosary will begin at 10:30am, followed by Mass at 11:00 am. Graveside service immediately following at Yacolt Cemetery.
