He is survived by his mother Anna Mae (Prather) Crouch; sister Lana Chrisman; brother Sherman Crouch; brother-in-law Frank Chrisman; nieces Elizabeth and Jacquelyn Crouch; nephews Kevin Crouch, Zachary and Matthew Chrisman.
