8 May 2007: Elda M. Snyder, formerly of Country Meadows of Hershey and Dalmatia, PA, died May 4, 2007 at Frey Village, Middletown, PA. She was born October 20, 1925 in Dornsife, PA, the daughter of the late Gertrude and Norman Peifer. Elda was the widow of George A. Snyder, who passed away in November 2003. She was a homemaker who enjoyed sewing, gardening, and her granddaughters. She is survived by daughters Jane C. Snyder of Harrisburg and Susan M. Reno and her husband Wayne Reno of Columbia, PA; and granddaughters Stella Reno of Lititz, PA and Alice Reno of Columbia, PA. Interment Indiantown Gap National Cemetery Tuesday, May 15.
