Stephen Lester Crawford, 68, of Harrisonburg, passed away Sunday, Sept. 2, 2018. Steve was born July 2, 1950, in Rockingham County to the late Arvilla and Lester Crawford.
On Oct. 28, 1972, he married Donna Kay Karicofe, who preceded him in death on Oct. 19, 2010.
Steve retired from Dallas Hollar Ford/Harrisonburg Ford in 2014 after 40 plus years of dedicated service as parts manager.
Surviving are fiancée, Sharon Grogg; daughter, Kara Crawford; daughter at heart, Angela Reid, and three sisters, Sue Logan, Sharon Crawford and Crystal Knight. He will be missed by his loving Chihuahua, Tiki.
The family will receive friends Friday, Sept. 7, 2018, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Kyger Funeral Home in Harrisonburg.
A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 8, 2018, at Garber’s Church of the Brethren in Harrisonburg with Pastor Walt Crull officiating. Interment will follow at Mount Horeb Church Cemetery in Hinton.
