Acker, aged 74, widowed, was living on Main Street, Hazle Township, Luzerne, Pennsylvania, in the home of his son-in-law, Joseph Faust, aged 53, a coal miner, and daughter, Mahala M. Faust, aged 46, and their children, Beneval M., aged 26, Edward, aged 25, Frank, aged 22, Daniel, aged19, Margaret H., aged 17, Gwennie C., aged 16, Ethel W., aged 13, Joseph D., aged 12, and Donzella M. Faust, aged 10.

Andeamia Avenue, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, widowed, aged 74 years, 8 months and 13 days, born March 21, 1836 in Pennsylvania, the son of Phillip Acker and Catherine Desbrock, both of Pennsylvania, died on January 3, 1911 in Philadelphia, Pa. of Bronchio Pneumonia and senility, as certified George J. Farrell, M.D. of 830 Allegheny Avenue, and was buried at Greenmount Cemetery by E.D. Steelman, Undertaker, of 3033 Kensington Avenue. The informant was Charles Acker, 444 E. Indiana Avenue.
