Elmer Rose of Campton, Kentucky departed this life Monday, September 3, 2018 at the age of 56 years and 26 days. He was a son of Lue Emma Patton Rose and the late J.C. Rose born in Campton, Kentucky on August 8, 1962. He was a factory and construction worker by trade. He is survived by one daughter, Chelsea Marie Rose of Campton, Kentucky; his mother, Lue Emma Patton Rose of Campton, Kentucky; three brothers, Richard Lee Rose, Zandel Wayne Rose and Billy Rose all of Campton, Kentucky; one sister, Brenda Roark of Jackson, Kentucky and one very close friend, Robert Taylor of Campton, Kentucky. He was preceded in death by one son, Chad Wilson Rose and his father, J.C. Rose. He also leaves behind a host of other relatives and friends to mourn his passing. Serving as pallbearers; Robert Taylor, Jessie Trent, Richard L. Rose, Billy Rose Jr., Brandon Roark, Kenny Cox and James Rose.
