Thomas Snider, 76, died Wednesday at Summerfield Manor Nursing Home. He was a native of Nelson County, a retired maintenance employee for the Louisville Housing Authority and a member of Arcade Avenue Baptist Church.
Survivors: his wife, the former Christine Holt; a son, Larry Snider; two daughters, Deborah Borders and Judith Smith; six sisters, Dorothy Gibson of Clarksville, Ind., Hazel Pletcher, Louise and Maudie Snider, Georgia Fielden and Mary Elizabeth Vaught; and eight grandchildren.
Funeral: 10 a.m. Saturday, Arch L. Heady Southern Funeral Home, 3601 Taylor Blvd. Burial: Highview Cemetery, Chaplin. Visitation: 2-9 p.m. Friday.
