Gregory Alan Christy, age 76 of Ramsey, MN passed away July 21, 2017 surrounded by his loving family. Preceded in death by his father, James Gerald Christy; mother, Gertrude Mingus Christy; sister, Charlotte Christy and granddaughter, Eden. Dearly missed by his wife, Rosina Richter Christy; children: Shelleen Duran; Sam (Rebecca) Christy; Tracey Cline; Pam (Robert) Suarez; Jacob (Kalley) Christy; 13 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. Greg leaves behind 8 siblings: Carol (Jim) Humphrey, Mary (Joe) Leahy, Alice (Truman) Williams, Geraldine (Dave) Thomas, Bill Christy, Linda (Don) Alcorn, Ed Christy, Leonard (Jiann Mei) Christy ; 2 brothers-in-law: Jerome (Shirley) Richter, Ronald (Patty) Richter; numerous nieces, nephews. Greg had a 42 year Railroad Career retiring from CP Rail. Celebration of Life will be held Tues. Oct 17 Noon, Visitation 11 AM at DARE Funeral Home, 805 Main St NW, Elk River, MN.
