Leroy Hunter entered this life on November 9, 1940 in Callahan, Florida. On Sunday, May 27, 2018 at the age of 77, in the peace and tranquility of St. Joseph Hospice (Carpenter House), God called his faithful servant to his eternal home.
He is survived by his wife of 30 years, Cafey Hunter. Mother-in-law Estherina Dickerson. Sister-in-laws; Marylin Sue Green (Howard) and Rebecca Flugence. Brother-in-laws; Clifton Flugence (Betty) and John Gary Flugence. Four children; Crystal Hunter, Danielle Flugence, Jacklyn Jonathan (Olurotimi), and Sharmaine Hunter. Nine grandchildren; Kevin Jamori Aubrey, Khai Saniyah Hunter, Deont'e, Nelson, Jayme, Jamia, Aspen, Kyrstin, Kypher, and great-grandchildren. Along with a host of nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his Aunt; Cora Whitfield, His Father-in-laws; Clifton Flugence Sr., Francis Dickerson and his nephew Willis (Boo) Flugence.
The family asks that viewing be observed between the hours of 8:00AM to 10:00AM at Good Hope Baptist Church
