Williams passed away early Saturday, February 11, 2017, in Tyler. He was born March 27, 1957 in Tyler to D.G. "Hoss" Williams and Bobbie Jean Webb Williams.

Michael was a member of Green Acres Baptist Church in Tyler and was a strong Christian. He grew up in Canton. While serving in the US Army, he lived in California. Michael returned to Texas in 1996. He was a draftsman for Tyler Building Systems until he became disabled.

Mr. Williams is preceded in death by his parents, Hoss Williams and Bobbie Jean Martin, and two brothers, Stanley and Lance Williams.

Michael is survived by his wife, Petra Williams of Whitehouse; son, Donald Gene Williams of Hanford, California; daughter, Amber Nichole Williams of Lemoore, California; son and his wife, Chad Michael and Liz Williams of Hanford, California; two step-sons: David Rhame of Whitehouse and Bryan Rhame of Houston; five grandchildren: Shane, Destiny, Julian, Christopher; & Nichole, four nieces: Kelsey Williams, Dawn MacAvoy, Amanda Brennan and Courtney Revious; four nephews: Toby Williams, John Brennan, Matthew Parker and Daniel Brennan; and two sister-in-laws: Nancy Williams of Canton and Nancy Parker Williams of Mabank.

Pallbearers will be Chad Williams, Donny Williams, Matthew Parker, Toby Williams, Shane Williams and Luke Ladd.
