MRS. ALICE H. YOUNG DIES SUDDENLY
Alice Hawkins Young, wife of the late Howard Young, age 39, died here this morning of peritonitis.
Mrs. Young was born at Taylor, Ariz. She with her brother Willard, resided in Silver City for several years. Mrs. Young came here in 1916, and has recently been employed as floorlady at the Knight Woolen mills.
She is survived by one son, Howard, and one daughter, Sarah. Also by her mother, Sarah Hawkins of Colonia Juarez, Mexico; five brothers and five sisters.
Funeral services will be held in the Fifth ward chapel Thursday at 2 o'clock. Friends may view the body prior to the services at the Berg Mortuary.
