Roy married Lorna M. Hall on April 25, 1947, in Koshkonong.
He worked in the foundry for Caterpillar and was a World War II Army veteran.
Roy and Lorna had 4 sons, David (deceased) , Oliven and William, both of Washburn, and Kevin of LaRose.
The couple also had 4 daughters, Susan Tomblinson and Carrie Fuchs, both of LaRose, Jane Weiss of Washburn and Debbie Baker of Indiana, Pa.
