Shelia Ann Fuller was born December 27, 1959, in LaMesa, CA, to William Gene Fuller and Billye Ruth (Spanhanks) Fuller. Shelia passed away August 16, 2018, in Sawyer, OK at the age of 58.
She was known to her family as "FaceBook Fuller", because of her love of social media. Shelia loved taking pictures, and often did photography for local high school students who needed help with senior pictures. She was a very caring and loving person. She often organized benefits to help a person in need and could be found spending time with her family and friends.
Shelia was preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Hazel Louise (Snooky) Fuller and Sonja Jade Fuller; brothers, John Jessie Fuller, Billy Gene Fuller and his wife, Ruthie Fuller.
Shelia is survived by her caretaker and best friend, Tom Mandrell, of Sawyer, OK; son, Shannon Payne, and wife, Ami, of Ft. Towson, OK; daughter, Kimberly Payne, of Ft. Towson, OK; grandchildren, Dylan Payne, Deanne Payne, Demi Payne, and Zane Weatherford, and his wife, Ralee; great-granddaughter, Copelyn Weatherford; cousin, Vincent Spanhanks and Kimberli and Chloe; nieces, Shelly Rentz and Sonya Fuller; great-niece, Jaley Smith; great-nephews, Tuff Rentz and Spencer Allen; great-great-niece, Jaysa Danielle; and very good friend and caretaker, Toni Strickland.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, August 18, 2018, at 2:00 p.m. at the Sawyer First Baptist Church, in Sawyer, OK with burial to follow at the Sawyer Cemetery in Sawyer, OK.
