Billy was a retired bricklayer and was a member of New Beginning Baptist Church of Ft. Towson. He enjoyed going to church and reading the Bible. He also enjoyed going to the Casino and watching football on TV especially the Dallas Cowboys. His most prized possession was his Randy White autographed football.
SURVIVORS INCLUDE: two daughters, Shelly Rentz and Sonya Fuller both of Ft. Towson; three grandchildren, Jaley Smith, Tuff Rentz and Spencer Allen all of Ft. Towson; one sister, Shelia Ann Fuller of Sawyer, OK; several cousins, nieces and nephews, and his loving church family. Billy was never blessed with a son of his own; however, he did have a nephew, Shannon Payne, whom he loved like a son.
