Bill Gene "Billy" Fuller, Jr. age 63, was born December 20, 1951 in Oklahoma City, OK, the son of Bill Gene Fuller, and Billye "Ruth" (Spanhanks) Fuller and had lived all of his life in the Choctaw County area. He married Ruthie Felter on February 12, 1972 in Sawyer, OK. She preceded him in death on February 25, 2015. He was also preceded in death by his parents, two sisters, Hazel (Snooky) Fuller and Sonja Jade Fuller; also one brother, John Jesse Fuller.

Billy was a retired bricklayer and was a member of New Beginning Baptist Church of Ft. Towson. He enjoyed going to church and reading the Bible. He also enjoyed going to the Casino and watching football on TV especially the Dallas Cowboys. His most prized possession was his Randy White autographed football.

SURVIVORS INCLUDE: two daughters, Shelly Rentz and Sonya Fuller both of Ft. Towson; three grandchildren, Jaley Smith, Tuff Rentz and Spencer Allen all of Ft. Towson; one sister, Shelia Ann Fuller of Sawyer, OK; several cousins, nieces and nephews, and his loving church family. Billy was never blessed with a son of his own; however, he did have a nephew, Shannon Payne, whom he loved like a son.
