Merrian- Services for David S. Merrian, 57, 4745 Tenth avenue S. who died Thursday, will be 12:30 pm Saturday under auspices of Zarthon lodge A.F.&A.M. at Judson Memorial Church. Burial Crystal Lake Cemetery. The body will be at Sundseth funeral home until time of service. Born in Darlington, Wis., Mr. Merrian had lived in Minneapolis 21 years. He was treasurer of pako Corp; a member of the lodge of Protection, Scottish Rite, and past master of Zarthon.
Surviving are the wife, Hazel L.; two daughters, Helen L. and Doris Jean, Minneapolis; six sisters, Mrs. Everet Frey, Mrs. Dale Morritt and Mrs. Nathan Benedict, Darlington, Wis., Mrs. G.M. Dye and Mrs. H.F. Roesier, Minneapolis, and Mrs. Byron Paynter, Blanchardville, Wis., and two brothers, L.J. Newport, Minn and Dale, Darlington.
