Norma was an avid golfer into her 70s and enjoyed the game with her husband. She was a long time employee of International Crystal in Oklahoma City. She retired from SW Bell in 1992 having been a drafting clerk for them for over 10 years.

She will leave a legacy of love, devotion and caring for our fellow man. She taught us to help others in need, by her selfless example. Her positive can do attitude was contagious, as was her bubbly personality and friendly smile. Her home was always a warm, friendly place for visitors.

In her last years she would always want to give friends a little “gift” when they were leaving after their visit.

She is survived by her son, Robert Franklin Welch and his wife, Janet Lee Welch of Oklahoma City, Anita Sue Albright of the home, her sister Lyla Gay Seghers of Oklahoma City, 10 Grand children, 15 Great grandchildren. Many nieces, nephews and cousins, all over the US.

She was the matriarch of our family and she will be deeply missed.
