Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., on Saturday, August 18, 2018, at Freedom Baptist Church with Pastor Ronnie Warner officiating. Burial will follow at Maple Lawn Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Wilkerson Funeral Home from 6-8 p.m. on Friday, August, 17, 2018.
Shirley was born in Rockingham County to the late W.D. "Punk" Coe and Mary Helen Duggins Coe. She was a woman of strong faith; a loving wife, mother and nani. Mrs. Isley was an avid reader and a true fan of Southern Gospel music but most of all she loved being with family.
Mrs. Isley is survived by her loving husband of 43 years Wayne Isley; children, Harold Isley (Alice), Scott Terrell (Kim), Eric Terrell (Shannon), Tim Isley, Lance Terrell (Paula), Donna Myrick, Wendy Lee (Eddie) and Heather Ashe (Richard); brother, Steve Coe (Donna) along with 15 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren and a large extended family.
