GRAND CANE, LA - Funeral services for Julius "Ray" Fox, 68, will be conducted at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, May 5, 2007 at the Hill Crest Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Jerry Weems officiating, with a eulogy by Melissa McGillivary. Interment will follow in Hill Crest Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 2:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m., Friday, May 4, 2007 at the Hill Crest Funeral Home.
Mr. Fox entered into rest May 2, 2007 at Willis Knighton South in Shreveport, LA. Survivors include his two brothers, A.J. Kennedy and wife Doris of Shreveport, LA, James Odus Fox of Bossier City, LA; two sisters, Joy Dowden and husband Bobby of Bossier City, LA; Janie Hayes Hammonds and husband Henry of Grand Cane, LA; numerous nieces, nephews, and grand-nieces and grand-nephews.
Pallbearers will be Cecil "Buster" Hayes, Sr., Cecil Hayes, Jr., B.J. Kennedy, Blake Berry, Daniel Gilmore and Julius Duncan.
Honorary pallbearers will be Benjamin Leggio and Jerry Silas.
