If it is worth doing it is worth doing well!!!

I would like to thank all of you who go out of your way to take photos and submit edits. This is a team effort. I will continue to do my best to comply with your request and provide correct information.

Transfers do not have to be within the find a grave guidelines. Just ask.

Part of correctly documenting is to know where the original photo or research information came from (The SOURCE). So much of this source information has been lost by the innocent coping of other researchers work. You may use my photos and research information posted to find a grave but please give credit to: A Footstep In Time, as the source.

I see many contributors who have removed their message feature from their bios because of nasty messages. God made us all different. (Individuals) We do not look alike, move alike, think alike, act alike or perceive the world in the same way. Most contributors on find a grave practice individualism while others strive for perfection in themselves and in others. (You and Me) The need to control the work of others (perfectionist) on this site leads to many nasty messages and the refusal to add your information or transfer your Aunts or Uncles. This behavior causes you the individualist frustration and negative feelings, even out right anger. When this happens, I use the Serenity Prayer.

God, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference.

Please do not request changes to punctuation or ask for a middle name of unknown to be added to an infant or any memorial for that matter. This is aggravating and unnecessary, a waste of my time and yours.

Adding to the Northwest Louisiana area - Bienville, Natchitoches, Red River and Webster Parishes.

Happy Hunting

Since many people are referred to by their initials as nicknames in dialog, the periods would be eliminated.
