He survived by his wife, Donna Blackman; daughter, Christina Freeman; 2 granddaughters, Haley and Destine; grandson, Gage; 2 great-granddaughters, Nevaeh and Isabella; brother, Brian, Gary, Jeff and Danny; and his sister June Charles.
Charles has been cremated, there will be no services. Charles will be buried at a later date in Imogene, Iowa, with his parents and family.
