Brenda June (Gardner) Stevens, of Los Angeles, formerly of Plymouth, passed away on June 22, 2018. She was the beloved daughter of Carol (Rideout) (Gardner) and Alan Belcher and the late Edwin Gardner. Brenda was a 1988 graduate of Plymouth North High School. She was the Junior Prom Queen. She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star, holding the presidency from September 1987-January 1988. She worked for the Old Colony Memorial in Plymouth. After the big April 1st snowstorm, Brenda packed her bags and moved to LA to pursue her advertising dreams. In addition to her parents, Brenda was the beloved sister of Eric Gardner and sister in law of Sharon Gardner. She was the loving aunt to nephew to Brandon Gardner. She was the niece to Aunt June and Uncle August Cabral, Aunt Liz Wilbur and Uncle Clifton Rideout, Aunt Judy Belcher (and the late Uncle Dave Belcher), Aunt Elaine (Gardner) Greene, and Aunt Mich ele and Unc le Bill Gardner. She also had many cousins, nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her grandparents; Clifton and Virginia Rideout, Eva and Al Gardner and Jennie and Harry C Belcher, Jr. as well as her uncles, William Rideout and Bruce K Belcher and her cousin, Kevin Rideout. Funeral arrangements will be under the care of the Bartlett Funeral Home, 338 Court Street, Plymouth. A celebration of Brendas life will be held on Saturday, August 11th from 10:00-11:00 am. Interment will follow at Vine Hills Cemetery.
