Shirley Francis Lawson of Valeria, Kentucky wife of Rocky Lawson Sr. departed this life Wednesday, March 7, 2018 at the age of 68 years and 18 days. She was a daughter of the late Lando and Hazel Lutes King born at Campton, Kentucky on February 17, 1950. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and homemaker. She is survived by her husband Rocky Lawson Sr. of Valeria, Kentucky; 1 son, Rocky Lawson Jr. of Campton, Kentucky; 1 daughter, Tammy Beasley of Campton, Kentucky; 2 grandchildren, Tyler Beasley and Bryce Tolson; 3 brothers, Daniel King and wife, Freda of Hazard, Kentucky, Winford King and wife Patricia of Ohio and Ronnie King of Bowling Green, Kentucky; 2 sisters, Mila Land and husband Ted and Patricia Spencer and husband Jim both of Campton, Kentucky and a host of nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Lando and Hazel Lutes King and 1 sister, Lucille Johnstone. She also leaves behind a host of other relatives and friends to mourn her passing. Serving as pallbearers; Tyler Beasley, Keith Land, Barry Land, Eddie Hatton, Aaron King, Jeff King, Steven King, Logan Creech and Jeremy McKinney. Serving as a honorary pallbearer; Travis Lawson.
