Mr. Incredible, a.k.a. James Roe, began his superhero status on March 5, 1967. He was a true hero. He always put the needs and wants of his family above his own. He was their strength when they were weak, their support when they needed lifting, and their wisdom as they walked through their journey of life. He taught his daughters to be independent, humble, and kind. His actions and words showed his sons how to be Godly men and to always respect themselves and others. He led his family with the same strength and conviction that he used to fight the hardest battle of his life.

James was born to Wes and LaVona Roe in OKC, Oklahoma. He was raised with Sam and Weselle surrounded by love and support. He met the love of his life and soul mate, Belinda, in 1995 and they were married in 1996. During their 23 years of marriage, they not only shared a birthday, but also raised seven wonderful children. They put down roots in Edmond, Oklahoma and worked as a team to share their values and faith with their family and grow their relationships with Christ.

James will forever be remembered by his wife and best friend Belinda, their seven children, Jeremiah, Natalie, Amanda and her husband Josh, Madeline, Jaken, Aaron, and Micah, by his father Wes, his siblings, Sam and Weselle, his grandson Ryker, as well as his numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, extended family, and dear friends. He is preceded in death by his mother LaVona.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday July 28, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. Memorial Road Church of Christ. Viewing will be on Friday from 8 a.m. until 8 p.m.
