Mrs. Jay, 76, of Theodore, Ala., died Thursday, April 29, 1993 at Provident Hospital. Survivors include two daughters, Vickey Smith of Foley, Ala., Loretta O'Bannon of Mobile; four sons, Herbert Jay, Richard Jay, Charley Jay and Jody Jay all of Mobile; two sisters, Merle McCord of Mobile and Audie Glicco of Meridian. She was the daughter of Henry and Donnie Shealy Addy of Decatur.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Homer (Ham) Jay.
