Carolan, had died in Melbourne on Wednesday morning. Deceased had resided here for a great number of years, and reared a large family who are in different parts of the State. Mr P. J. Carolan, a local blacksmith, was one of her sons, and he had only on Tuesday night returned from a visit to his mother, when he received the sad news of her death. The deceased lady was 70 years of age, and was highly respected locally.
