David W. Barnard, 74, of Ludowici, Ga., died Thursday, Jan. 11, 2007, after an extended illness. The McIntosh Co., Ga. native had lived in Long Co. most of his life and had worked in construction. He was a U. S. Army veteran of the Korean Conflict and attended the Victory Tabernacle.
Surviving is a sister: Mrs. Dora Belle Johns of Waycross, Ga.
Graveside funeral services will be held 11 A. M. Saturday, Jan. 13, 2007, in the Baggs Cemetery in Ludowici, Ga. with Rev. Keith Laricey officiating.
Visitation will be 1 hour prior to the services in the cemetery.
The Rinehart & Sons Funeral Home of Jesup, Ga. is in charge of the arrangements.
