John, Jr (0249 001553 - Wisconsin Birth Index, 1820-1907) was the eleventh child born to Maren (46) and Captain John (51) Sanburg in Racine, WI. Dr. G. F. McNitt was involved with this birth. This child died of cyanosis usually caused by low oxygen levels in the red blood cells or problems getting oxygenated blood to his body. (lot 122, block 17, grave 1, internment card 8864). This death date of February 18, 1896 is from the "Pre-1907 Wisconsin Vital Records" (vol 3, pg 0418, reel 112, image 122, index vol 01, sequence # 334134, see attached). The Racine Journal lists the date of death as February 23, 1898 and the Mound Cemetery internment card shows February 19, 1898. Both are incorrect. per Wisconsin Vital Statistics.
