Adalberto Beto Chapa LUBBOCK-Adalberto Chapa went to be with our Lord Aug. 5, 2014; a funeral mass will be celebrated Monday, Aug. 11, 2014, at 2 p.m. at Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church with burial to follow at Peaceful Gardens Memorial Park. Evening prayer will be today at Guajardo Funeral Chapels at 7 p.m. Adalberto was born April 15, 1969 in Delicias, Chihuahua, Mexico. He loved music and dancing and was always happy. Everyone remembered him as a cheerful person. He is survived by his mother, Amelia Balderrama; three sisters, Luz, Silvia, and Rosalia; one brother, Samuel; a daughter Jennifer Loya; and two sons, Albert and Christopher Chapa; three grandchildren, Jan, Ian, and Jyselle. Adalberto was preceded in death by his father, Adolfo Martha; a brother, Fermin Gomez; a daughter, Ashley Nicole; and a niece, Azucema Chapa. Adalberto will always be remembered as very cheerful l and loving person.
