Mr. Horner resided in Pemberton Township, and was a former resident of Chatsworth. He worked for Haines & Haines Cranberry Growers of Chatsworth, and also part-time as a welding Instructor at BCIT Adult Education in Medford. He also had his own business, Frank Horner’s Welding. He loved deer hunting, fishing, the Philadelphia Phillies, and taking care of his dog, Precious, who he affectionately called his baby.
Husband of the late Bertha A. (Bozarth) Horner, and brother of the late Anna Yates, he is survived by his daughter, Ranae L. Parker (Ed) of Tabernacle; his son, Charles F. Horner Jr. (Anita) of Southampton; his grandsons, Barry Parker Jr., Shaun G. Parker, Charles F. Horner III, Jacob Horner, and Mark Horner; his great-grandchildren, Nicholas Parker, Brody Parker, Zoey Parker, and Chase Fox; his sisters, Jean Staley, and Elaine Horner; and his brothers, Glen Horner and Gary Horner. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, as well as his friend, Charles Parks Jr.
Calling hours will be held from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Monday, July 16, at Perinchief Chapels, 438 High St., Mount Holly. Funeral Services will begin at 12 p.m. at the funeral home. Interment will take place in Junior Mechanics Cemetery, Tabernacle.
