Nelda Louise (Blankenship) Reed, 86, peacefully passed away in her sleep on, Tuesday, May 1, 2018. She was born on July 4, 1931, in Hooker, Oklahoma, the daughter of Lillie Reba (Javurek) and Homer Sylvester Blankenship
She was loving and caring and cherished the time she spent with her family. Nelda enjoyed golf, exploring the country side, and was an amazing artist.
Nelda will be greatly missed by her loving family, friends and all who knew and loved her.
She was preceded in death by her loving devoted husband of 64 years, Merlyn L Reed.
Nelda is survived by her daughters, Mernel Times (Phil), and Londe Hunter (Tommy); granddaughter, Tonde Hunter Towsley; and four great-grandchildren, Lorie, Jacob, Jaxon and Justin; and many other relatives and friends.
