Leola “Lee” Faye Brinker, 83, of Manito, passed away at 2:56 p.m. Friday, July 6, 2018 at her home.
Born October 17, 1934 in Montgomery, Missouri to Everett and Grace (Arthur) Johnson, she married Raymond Dale Brinker on December 29, 1978 in Montgomery, Illinois. He died June 30, 1996 in Manito. She was also preceded in death by her parents and several brothers and sisters.
Surviving are two sons, Michael Bramble of Cotocachi, Equador and Mark Bramble of the Quad Cities; one grandson, William Leigh bramble of pekin and one brother, Joseph Johnson of New Florence, Missouri.
She owned and operated Critter Cleaners in Pekin for over 35 years, retiring 2014.
Lee had a love for animals and enjoyed crafting.
She attended Spring Lake Missionary Church in Manito.
Her graveside service will be at 1:30 p.m. Monday, July 16, 2018 at Fondulac Cemetery in East Peoria. Pastor Steve Weber will officiate.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to Tazewell Animal Protection Society, 100 TAPS Lane, Pekin, IL 61554.
