Funeral services will be held 11a.m. Tuesday at Arnold Funeral Home with Rev. Chris Atkinson officiating, Burial will follow in East Lawn Memorial Park. Visitation will be Tuesday from 9a.m. until the time of service at the funeral home.
Frances was born on September 1, 1922 at a farm house in rural Montgomery city to the late Everett and Grace (Arthur)Johnson.
On July 14, 1940 in Columbia, Frances married Jacob E.Feger he preceded her in death on June 20, 1982.
As a young girl, Frances was baptized into the Baptist Church in Montgomery City.
Frances was a licenced Childcare Provider for over 40 years. She cared for a second generation of children.
She enjoyed cooking large birthday and holiday dinners for her family. Frances loved Cardinal baseball. She greatly enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.
Along wth her parents and husband Jacob, Frances was preceded in death by a daughter Judy Kilmer, two grandchildren, Eddy Feger, Robyn Hycz, two sisters, and seven brothers.
Frances is survived by her sister, Leola Brinker of Illinois, a son, Jacon Feger II. four daughters, Barbara Hycz(Daniel Carson) Kathy Wilkerson, Tina George, Vicki Oligschlaeger(Shawn) all of Mexico. granddauhter, Danielle Pettus(Kelly) of Bonne Terre, grandsons, Dane Pemberton of Columbia, Todd Curt and Tad Pemberton of Centralia, Justn and Jason Feger of Mexico. ten grandchildren. A special friend Marvin Wilburn.
