Born to Thomas Reardon Jr. and Christine (Dicey) Reardon. She lived in Concord until she was 15 when the family relocated to Webster. She received her primary education through homeschooling. A strong, independent, highly ambitious young woman, Samantha moved out of her parents' home at the age of 18 and tackled life head-on with unparalleled focus and drive. She attended Empire Beauty School, received her Pharmacy Technician Certification from NHTI, and at the time of her death, she was only 4 weeks away from receiving her Paralegal Degree from the American Military University. Sam spent a short period of time living in New Mexico where she met her husband. They were married in May of 2013 while her husband was stationed in Valdosta, Georgia and Sam soon welcomed her first child, a beautiful daughter, Ava Grace, on August 23, 2013. The family was quickly blessed a second time with the arrival of Sam's sweet baby boy, Ashen Conner, on June 4, 2015. During her time in Georgia, Sam was involved with several Mom's groups. She was passionate about midwifery and the baby community as a whole, so she spent a great deal of her time in service and support of other Moms.
Sam returned to New Hampshire with Ava and Ashen while her husband was stationed in Korea for a year, which allowed her family time to watch the children grow and develop their own special personalities. Personalities which mirrored that of their mother; fiercely independent and strong-willed. They both possessed boundless energy, creativity, and a maturity far beyond their short years. Sam was a wonderful and deeply involved mother who enjoyed teaching the kids everything she possibly could. Cooking in the Field household was always an opportunity to learn, with both children at the counter alongside Mom, learning how to crack eggs and chop vegetables. Ava had already begun working on the basic mechanics of reading and she loved gymnastics. Ashen just loved his sister, following her everywhere she went and doing everything she did, even if that meant getting in trouble just like her. During that year Sam and her children grew incredibly close to her family. The memories forged during that time are precious gifts that will never be forgotten.

Sam, relying once again on her get-it-done, take-no-prisoners nature, drove herself and the children from the east coast to the west coast with the winter chasing them the entire way. Once settled in Washington, Sam got involved with Mixed Fit, a cross fit gym for Base Wives, where she quickly found a loving and welcoming support system. She also took a job as an administrative assistant in a local law office as she worked toward her paralegal degree. Sam was extremely proud of her Irish heritage and she was also an accomplished baker. Ever-resourceful, she began making cheesecakes at the age of 15 to make a little extra pocket money, and painstakingly developed her craft over the years. She made cheesecakes as treats for parties and get-togethers, gifts for others, and would often sell them or trade them for other goods or services. Sam had a generosity of spirit unseen in most people and she would be overjoyed to know her desire to help and care for others has carried over in death, as her incredibly selfless gift of organ and tissue donation will serve to better the lives of dozens of recipients.
