Drury Long (b. abt. 1730, d. Aug. 1778).[1] Son of Arthur Long III and Elizabeth (MNU) Long of Southhampton (formerly isle of Wight), Virginia.

Married to Sarah (Sally) Green on July 19, 1773 in Bute County, North Carolina (currently Warren and Franklin County).

Three years later, on December 5, 1776, he executed his Will also identifying his brother, John Long and Josiah Green. (Likely as the result of serving in the Revolutionary War.)

His Will was probated in August 1778.

Drury and Sally Long had two children, Nancy and Betsy (Elizabeth) and a child in esse.

Drury's daughter, Nancy Long, married Nelson Harris on November 30, 1792 in Warren County, North Carolina. By 1809, Nancy and her husband had moved to Hancock County, Georgia. Betsy Long is untraced.

No known male heir.
