Johnny George aged 77 years of Oologah passed away on Tuesday June 26, 2018. He was born on January 3, 1941 in Tahlequah Ok to parents Clifford and Jewel George. He graduated with honors from RSU in Claremore and was a member of Phi Theta Kappa Society. He loved classic cars, building and flying model airplanes. He once had the honor of custom building a Radio-Controlled airplane for Roy Clark. He was an all-around handy man, there was nothing he could not fix or build. He was a master craftsman. All his family and friends will miss him greatly, he was loved by all who knew him.

He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Darlene George of Oologah, son Johnny Lee George Jr. of Oologah, daughter Lista Williams and son-in-law Ray Williams of Collinsville, daughter Becca Ann Skelton and son-in-law Coby Skelton of Owasso. Grandchildren Kaitlyn Faust, Jarred Faust, Emily Schnell and Elaina Skelton as well as many brothers and sisters, nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his mother Jewel Westphal of Collinsville and father Clifford George of Redding California.

Funeral Service will be held on Friday, Jun 29 from 10:00-11:00 AM at Current Church 14133 N 137th East Ave, Collinsville

Visitation will be held on Thursday, Jun 28 from 1:00 to 8:00 PM (Family will be present from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM) at Green Hill Funeral Home Chapel, Owasso 9901 North Owasso Expressway, Owasso

Johnny's Graveside Service will take place on Friday, Jun 29 at 11:00 AM-12:00 PM at Ridgelawn Cemetery, Collinsville
