The obituary above names Marion' s parents as William and Marhat Hammond Wisner.
A Miriam Hammond (1830-1857; daughter of Minor and Hannah Drury Hammond) is recorded in familysearch.org [accessed 11.9.2018) as marrying a William Abner Wisner (1824-1905) on 27 Jun 1852 in Antioch,Lake Co, Illinois. Their children are listed as George H Wisner (1848-1912); Julia Maria Wisner (1855-1912); Merien Wisner (1857- d. unk).
It is possible Marian is Merien and Marhat is Miriam. From the dates provided it seems Marhat/Miriam may have had a childbearing-related death.
Of note, and possibly related, in the mid-1800s American welcomed its first wave of Syrian Christian refugees. Miriam would be a common conversion of Marhat into American English.
