Gregory Leigh “Big” Smith, age 52 of 27 Fairmont Street, Mt. Morris, NY died Friday June 29, 2018 peacefully surrounded by his family at his home. He was born the son of Barney and Pauline (Russell) Smith Jr. on June 14, 1966 in Bangor, Maine. He married Jacqueline Parker on August 2, 2002. He was a member of the Rochester Carpenters Union Local 276 for over 33 years.

He is survived by loving wife Jackie. 2 Brothers and 3 Sisters Marguerite Ascioti of Mt. Morris, Brenton (Jeanie) Smith of Swain, Bernice Miller of Nunda, Gena Thompson of Mt. Morris, Barney (Stacey) Smith III of Illinois. Brothers-in-law Kevin Thompson and Donald Miller. Many Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews, cousins and dear and loving friends.

Interment Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Geneseo, N.Y. Memorials may be to either the Mt. Morris Fire Department or the Mt. Morris Ambulance Fund.
