LEE, DANIEL, ESQ. died on April 15, 1833 at Winchester. Was father of Mrs. P. H. Cabell of Lynchburg. He had been Clerk of the ancient District Court since 1804 until 1812 when changed. Had held various court positions and been President of Bank at Winchester.
