Betty died June 23, 2018, at the age of 95 with her husband of 77 years by her side. She was born in a tent in Rebel Creek, NV on December 6, 1922 to Mary Leona Wilcox and Anton Glenburn Jensen. She married Cleon David Tucker on March 14, 1941 in the Salt Lake Temple.

She enjoyed knitting, crocheting & needlepoint. Her family and friends cherished the handmade gifts she made for them over the years. She was an excellent cook and loved to share her cooking with family & friends. She also made the best hand dipped chocolates in the world! Her greatest treasures were her family and testimony of Jesus Christ. She was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and she held many callings in all organizations & served for 7 years as an ordinance worker in the Bountiful Temple and also served a mission with her husband to the Philippines Manilla Mission in 1985-1986. She enjoyed traveling throughout the world with her husband and especially enjoyed their adventures in Asia, Hawaii & the Holy Land.

She is survived by her husband, her children, David (Karyn) Tucker, Terry (Karen) Tucker, Randy (Barbara) Tucker, Bonnie (Dennis) Gaerte, Mark (R’Lene) Tucker and her sister LuJean Mulvey as well as 30 grandchildren, 76 great grandchildren and 4 great-great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, her siblings Glen Jensen, Melvin Jensen, Leona Smart and Laraine Smith, her son Linn (Kailene) Tucker, her daughter Suzanne (Brent) Griffiths, and a grandson, Joel Gaerte.

Funeral service will be held Thursday, June 28, 2018 at 11 am, with a viewing prior to the service from 9:30-10:30 am at the Mueller Park 10th Ward Building at 1800 Mueller Park Road, Bountiful, Utah. Interment at Lakeview Cemetery.
