Mrs. Denise Fay "Cissy" Phillips, age 48, passed away February 2, 2012.
Preceded in death by her father Henry B. Sanders and brother-in-law Freddie Doyle Phillips.
She is survived by her loving husband of 28 years, Michael Wayne Phillips, mother Mary Jean Sanders, sisters; Barbara Law, Becky Ray (Tony), Tonya Wilson, twin brother Dennis Sanders (Rhonda), mother-in-law Sue Seiner, sisters-in-law; Sheila Koger and Melody Sue Seiner,brother-in-law Christopher Seiner, and loving feline pet, Festus.
Mrs. Phillips worked in the Transportation Department of Metro Public Schools for many years.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, February 7, 2012, 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Spring Hill Funeral Home with Larry Boyd officiating. B
Burial in the historical Spring Hill Cemetery.
Her nephews; Rick Koger, Andrew Wilson, Kevin Furness, III, Chris Sanders, Jeremy Ray, and Justin Ray will serve as pallbearers.
