"DARREN M. FOSS Rock Hill, N.Y. Darren M. Foss of Rock Hill, owner of D&L Quality Construction and a lifelong resident of the area, died unexpectedly Sunday, Oct. 8, 2000, in Tabernacle Township, N.J. He was 35. The son of Linda Smith and Darrel Foss, he was born March 22, 1965, in Monticello. A Graduate of Monticello High School Class of 1983, he was a Veteran of the U.S. Air Force. He was a member of the American Motorcross Association; and Ridgerunners Hunting Camp. Survivors include his wife, Laura Bialo Foss, at home; one son, Dustin Foss, and one daughter, Deara Lin Foss, both at home; his mother, Linda Smith of Liberty; his father, Darrel Foss of Hernando, Fla; two brothers, Brian Foss of Monticello and Brendan Pavese of Woodbourne; his maternal grandmother, Claire Smith of Monticello; and his paternal grandparents, Gerry and Gil Foss of Zephyrhills, Fla. Visitation will be held from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 12, at VanInwegen-Kenny, Inc. Funeral Home, 195 Broadway, Monticello. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Oct. 13, at the United Methodist Church of Monticello, 255 Broadway, Monticello. Burial will be in Laurel Hill Cemetery, White Sulphur Springs. Arrangements are under the direction of the VanInwegen-Kenny, Inc. Funeral Home, Monticello."
