Eugene Barnett, 80, of Miami Township, Ohio, passed away, June 20, 2018 in his home. He was born January 5, 1938 in Jackson, Kentucky, the son of Virgil and Grace (Whitaker) Barnett. Eugene was the co-owner of Barnett Brothers Construction. He is survived by his wife, Emily (Chenault) Barnett; nephew, Dennis Gravely; niece, Pam Burkett; sisters-in-law, Peggy Fugate and Nancy Van Bree; brother-in-law, Harvey (Norma) Chenault; daughter of his heart, Lisa Dasinger, her husband, Shane Dasinger and their son, Dustin Dasinger. Eugene was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Betty Gravely; as well as Cole Dasinger. A good friend to all.
