He was born June 30, 1973, to Jerry Medina and Isabel Medina.
He was preceded in death by his father, Jerry; grandparents; cousin, Julian; step-father, Leo; and sister-in-law, Henrietta.
He enjoyed working on cars, was a Pittsburgh Steelers fan and loved walks through the park with his four-legged buddy.
He leaves to cherish his memory his wife, Francis Herrera Tafoya; mother, Isabel; children, Sabrina and AJ Tafoya; step-children, Alexus Martinez and Leo Herrera; siblings, Renee (Jamie), Lori (Marty) and Jose Medina; nephews whom he was raising, Felipe Herrera and Joseph Rodriguez; mother-in-law, Betty Herrera; sister-in-law, Rose; numerous other relatives and friends.
Funeral service, 10 a.m. Monday, Angelus Chapel.
