Ryan Clifton Stokes, age 15, earned his angel wings on Friday, June 8, 2018 at Children’s National Medical Center in Washington, D.C.

Ryan was born on December 4, 2002, in Andalusia to Roger and Kelly Stokes.

He was a child with a heart of gold that possessed a love for God and his family like no other.

Three months ago, Ryan made the decision to become an organ donor.

Due to his adult decision at such a young age, he will forever change the lives of many.

Ryan loved hunting, working on the race car, riding the four-wheeler/golf cart, being outdoors, spending time with friends and family, and the color camouflage.

He was a member of the FFA at Pleasant Home School where he served as treasurer.

He was also an active member of Cedar Grove Church of Christ.

Funeral services will be at 2 PM on Friday, June 15, 2018 at Cedar Grove Church of Christ, interment will follow in Cedar Grove Cemetery.

Visitation will be Thursday evening from 6-8 PM at Foreman Funeral Home.

He will lie in state 30 minutes prior to services at the church.

Ryan is preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Joe Mullen, and paternal grandparents, Bill and Mary Stokes.
