Warner Robins, GA- Betty T. Harrison, 80, passed away on April 28, 2018. A Funeral service will be held at 2:00PM on Thursday, May 3, 2018 in the chapel of Heritage Memorial Funeral Home. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service from 1:00PM – 2:00PM. Burial will be private for the family only.

Mrs. Harrison was born on May 7, 1937 in Macon, GA to the late Evan and Mildred Thornton. She retired from RAFB in 1972 where she worked civil service. She later earned her associates degree in Nursing and went to work as an LPN at Peachbelt Health and Rehab for over 20 years. Mrs. Harrison loved spending time outdoors and in her free time enjoyed gardening, doing yardwork, and watching the birds. She was a devout Christian who loved her Lord and Savior. A beloved mother, grandmother, and great grandmother, she will be greatly missed by all.

Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her sister Margie.

Survivors include her children, Alan Harrison (Peggy), Steve Harrison (Carol), Mark Harrison, and Melanie White (Lewayne); 8 grandchildren, Stephen (Kristi), Jonathan (Addie), Matthew (Ena), Joseph, Danielle, Savannah, A.J., and Shawn; and 4 great grandchildren.
