Family will receive friends from 5-8PM Sunday, April 25, 2004 at BALDWIN FAIRCHILD FUNERAL HOME, Pine Castle Chapel. Mr. Mills was born June 6, 1931 in Fallstown, North Carolina to Stamey Mills and Sarah Small. He was an Army veteran. He is survived by his loving wife Betty, five children, Sharon Beverly, Kathy Kelley, Albert L. Mills, Jr., Joe Mills, Donald Mills, brother Stamey Mills, Jr., three sisters Hazel Mills, Martha Moose, Ruth Wise and seven grandchildren.
