Beryl June Hazlett, 80, of Pekin died Monday, June 11, 2001, in Pekin Hospital.
Born June 30, 1920, in Beardstown to Vern and Mary Emily Bell Ward, she married Woodrow Wilson Hazlett on March 8, 1945, in Decatur. He died Oct. 30, 1970, in Pekin.
One brother also preceded her in death.
Surviving are two sons, Gary of North Ridgeway, Ohio, and Dennis (and Debra) of Coal City; and one brother, R. Gayle Ward of Frederick.
She was an admitting clerk and telephone operator at Pekin Hospital for 16 years, retiring in 1986.
Burial will be in Glendale Memorial Gardens.
