Carrie Frances “Sissy” Smith Parrish went to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on May 28, 2018 at the age of 36. Carrie was born in Houston, Texas on October 1, 1981 to William Charles Smith, Jr. and Carrie Ann (Condrey) Melchor and grew up in the community of Sagemont. She is preceded in death and eternally reunited with her father, William Charles Smith, Jr., grandmother, Lucille (Church) Condrey, aunt, Rosemary Wood, grandmother, Marie Bertolino-Smith, grandfather, William Charles Smith, and brother in law, Troy Dale Parrish. She leaves behind her husband, Dustin Foe Parrish, son, Aaron Wayne Parrish, daughter, Hannah Giada Azalea Parrish, mother, Carrie Ann Melchor and husband Alonzo Melchor, brother, David Edward Smith and wife Amy, nieces and nephews, David Michael Tucker, Savannah Rose, Levi Wayne, and William Cade Smith, and mother and father in law, Patricia Ann and Clifford Wayne Parrish. She will be deeply missed by many, including her Godparents, Bennie Rabago and Newell Ernest Smith, aunts, Phyllis Borrosco (Thomas), Charlene Martinez, Irin Smith, and cousins. She loved her children and family and will truly be missed, but will forever live in their hearts. Family will receive friends Tuesday, June 5, 2018 from 1:30 pm to 2:00 pm and the Funeral Service will begin at 2:00 pm at Earthman Resthaven Funeral Home and Cemetery, 13102 North Fwy, Houston, TX 77060, interment at cemetery to follow.
