A native of Butler, she was the daughter of the late Isaac Fuller and Georgia Campbell McQueen. She retired from East Tennessee Undergarment and was a homemaker. Cable, of the home; a son, Keith Cable and grandson, Jayden Cable both of Elizabethton; two sisters, Carolyn McQueen Lyon of Johnson City and Ann McQueen Palmer of Murrells Inlet, S.C.; and one brother, Junior McQueen of Butler. Several nieces and one nephew also survive.

A graveside service to honor Janice's life will be conducted at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, May 30, 2018 at Sugar Grove Baptist Church Cemetery with Becky Brummitt officiating. Active pallbearers will be selected from family and friends. Honorary pallbearers will be Roy Campbell, Ray Arnett and Kenneth Rainbolt.
