Cortney Bruce 1982 ~ 2007 On March 21, 2007, Cortney Bruce left this life to join those who have gone on before her and to prepare the way for those of us left behind. Born June 13, 1982 to Peggy Bruce. Cortney enjoyed life to the fullest, horses and hunting were her passion. Cortney possessed a deep love for little children and they, in turn, returned that love. She lived her life her way and tried not to cause pain to anyone along the way. Cortney is survived by her parents Larry and Peggy Miles; sister Melissa (Sunne) Couvrette; brothers Raymond (Razor); and her best fishing buddy Russell Miles. She is also survived by her grandparents, whom she adored, Karen Bruce, Dennis and Faye Miles, her love Jeremy Thomas; as well as numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Preceded in death by her Grandmother Sharon Bruce whom she never met, Grandpa Bill Bruce and many other family members. Viewing will be held March 26, 2007 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Tate Mortuary, Tooele, UT. Graveside services will be held Tuesday March 27, 2007 11 a.m. at the Tooele Cemetery where friends may share their fondest memories. Online condolences may be expressed at [email protected]
